Are these subscriptions?
No. Every Plastic Factory instrument is a one-time purchase. You buy it once and own it. All future updates to the version you purchased are included at no extra cost.
What platforms are included?
Grainsmith runs on macOS as a standalone app plus VST3, AUv3, and AAX plugins (Apple Silicon and Intel). Windows is a public beta you can download today: standalone plus VST3, covered by the same license. On iPad and iPhone, Grainsmith Field is sold separately through the App Store, because Apple’s rules don’t allow license carryover from desktop purchases.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Download the same installer and run it without a license. The demo is fully functional but inserts brief moments of silence at random intervals. Buy a license any time and the silence stops.
What’s your refund policy?
If something is broken, mis-described, or just not what you expected, email us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund you, no argument. The demo build exists so you can try before buying. Please do.
